Jenny Gray has been the Director of HUBB since 2003. She has been instrumental in establishing the training capacity for the organisation. Prior to becoming Director Jenny was a Mental Health Advocate and before this was a Staff Nurse in an acute hospital setting and the community.

Jenny has great knowledge and experience in a number of specialist areas including Advocacy, Mental Health, Recovery and Wellbeing, Services Planning, Partnership Working and Systems Navigation for Health & Social Care. She has also had a key role in shaping Mental Health Services in two London Boroughs.

Jenny, along with Pam Macklin, has designed and delivered our well received training programmes on the Mental Capacity Act, Capacity Assessments and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards. Jenny is also a qualified instructor for National Mental Health First Aid programme.

Jenny is passionate about her own development as well as that of others.
