Pam has worked at HUBB for 3 years as the Advocacy Manager. Before this, she was a Training Manager at Havco (the Council for Voluntary Services) in Havering, responsible for providing training and development opportunities to voluntary sector staff in many organisations.

It has always been important for Pam to work in an environment that ‘makes a difference’ and she has a great personal belief in people achieving their potential, whatever that may be.

Outside of work, as well as spending time with her family, Pam enjoys going to the theatre and has probably been to most London theatre venues over the years, many times over in some cases!
